## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责对接业务部门提供专业的人力资源解决方案，有效落地执行各类人力资源管理工作，包括人员招聘、培训、绩效、考核、员工关系等；
- 根据公司人力资源规划和政策规范，有效贯彻公司人才培养和薪酬绩效方案；
- 为团队发展提供支持，应用专业理论、方法、工具，为业务团队提供全方位解决方案；
- 通过与管理层和员工多方位互动，建立有效和多样化的渠道，保证组织中信息的通畅。

### 任职要求
- 统招本科以上学历，3年以上人力资源工作经验；
- 有大型互联网公司从事HRBP工作经验，支持过营销或运营体系业务更佳；
- 了解人力资源各模块，具备2个模块及以上熟练经验；
- 自我驱动、思考力强、认真负责。
