## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 建立标准 负责制定整车匹配标准（DTS），组织评审并对问题进行推动和管理；
- 数据检查 负责对CAS进行尺寸可行性分析，检查CAS与DTS符合性，参与断面（TI/PART TI）评审，并对问题进行推动和管理；
- 方案制定 负责制定整车装配策略、工艺工装方案，组织评审并对问题进行推动和管理；
- 方案制定 负责制定车身及内、外饰零部件定位方案和公差，对产品结构、图纸进行评审；
- 虚拟分析 负责公差仿真分析，对尺寸目标进行验证并提出优化方案

### 问题解决 参与工装、夹具、检具方案评审，负责支持对复杂的实车匹配问题进行分析和推进； 任职要求
- 统招本科
- 车辆工程、机械、工业设计等相关专业；
- CET-4及以上，读写能力较好，具备一定的口语沟通能力； 4、5年以上相关尺寸专业工作经验；对整车内、外饰尺寸设计有较好的专业基础，对汽车开发流程有较为清晰的认知； 5、熟练掌握相关零部件技术要求；熟练掌握Catia、Office软件； 6、热爱本岗位工作，责任心强，较强的团队合作意识，及严谨的工作态度； 7、具备良好的交流、沟通能力，较强的认知协调能力，积极乐观，勇于挑战。
