## Job description

### 驾龄要求
- 持C1及以上驾照，5年以上实际驾驶经验，1年内无单次超过6分情况，需提供安全驾驶记录。

### 驾驶背景
- 优先录用退伍军人或过往有自动驾驶测试经验者。

### 身体素质
- 视力矫正1.0以上（无色盲色弱），反应敏捷，手脚协调性极佳。

### 语言能力
- 普通话标准（二级乙等以上），口齿清晰，无浓重口音（必须满足语音上报录音要求）。

### 设备技能
- 熟练使用平板电脑（Pad）及车载系统，不排斥电子化操作。

### 风险预判力（对应安全接管）
- 具备极强的防御性驾驶意识，能在碰撞、闯红灯、鬼探头等风险发生前0.5秒感知并介入。

### 逻辑判断力（对应效率/偏航接管）
- 能精准区分“系统危险”与“系统保守/笨拙”，准确识别偏航、压实线、长时间低速跟车等效率类问题。

### 多线程执行力（对应打点+录制+语音）
- 具备手眼口脑并用能力，能在驾驶同时完成：脚控刹车、手控方向盘、眼看弹窗、口述场景描述。

### 规则记忆力（对应分类定义）
- 能快速记忆并应用复杂的接管分类规则（如：偏航=效率接管；误操作=非问题接管；异常退功能=被动接管）。

### 情绪稳定性
- 在长时间重复测试及突发紧急接管中保持冷静，无路怒症倾向，不因系统误报而烦躁。
