## Job description

1、负责统一对接集团内各单位的技术管理部门，统筹面向研发、制造和营销的技术管理活动； 2、负责定期对研发、制造、服务领域对标准、流程、产品特性执行一致性进行监督、审核，逐步提升基地技术管理能力。 3、负责集团级技术状态相关专项的识别及策划推动，并确保切实解决问题 4、负责制造端业务痛点问题识别，形成专项开展共性问题解决 5、负责基地主导项目推动，固化基地主导年款规则及流程，逐步建立基地年款项目管理能力。
