## Job description

### 工作职责

基于公司业务模式、内部流程、风控现状等，定期开展业务风险评估，并依据风险情况制定年度、季度内审项目计划。 通过数据分析、KCP遵从测试、现场访谈等方式，开展内审工作，识别业务风控合规问题和管理漏洞，提出改进建议和风险预警，推动相关部门进行整改和优化，跟进改进效果验，护航业务部门安全、长期健康发展。 根据公司政策流程规定和举报线索，受理来自于不同渠道的举报及调查任务，运用各种调查方法，开展合规调查工作，查明事实真相，取得充足证据，依据调查过程及结论形成调查报告； 根据违规案件模型，提出业务合规规则改进建议，推动业务合规规则和管理体系持续提升； 开发合规培训材料，策划并组织业务领域内的合规文化建设，通过意识提升、典型案例通报等多种方式，促进各级员工合规意识提升。

### 任职要求

本科及以上学历，法学、审计、会计等相关专业优先； 3年以上内审、合规调查或内控工作经验，对零售板块比较了解，有汽车行业工作经验优先； 原则性及保密意识强，有强烈的责任心与执着精神，沟通能力强，能有效推动问题闭环，能接受短期出差。
