## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责备件业务数据库搭建与运营管理；
- 负责店端备件产值风控等大数据应用落地；
- 负责备件销售和政策奖励的测算、制定、分解、发布及统计分析；
- 负责备件运营标准的制定与宣贯实施；
- 负责备件业务报告的编制收集。

### 任职要求
- 本科学历，3年以上主机厂备件工作经验优先;
- 熟悉汽车售后备件业务；
- 具有较强的报告编写能力，精通办公软件的使用；
- 注重结果，抗压能力强;善于沟通，有较强的学习能力、执行力和创新能力;
- 拥有较强的逻辑和项目推进能力，沟通能力强，有很强的自我驱动力和执行力。
