## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协助团队负责人制定中长期发展战略，确保核心竞争力提前布局与构建；
- 根据不同芯片的技术架构，设计VLM最优神经网络技术架构，充分发挥不同硬件平台的能力；
- 为不同硬件平台，制定最优量化算法策略，确保量化结果最优；
- 端侧推理加速核心技术预研及量产转化，包括但不限于spd、batch并发、jumpforward等技术；
- 重难点技术牵头攻关；
- 端到端、全模态、VLA等重大创新技术预研；
