## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责基于 ADI DSP（SHARC\GRIFFIN）或者 HIFI DSP 平台的音频项目交付工作，确保项目按时、高质量完成。
- 主导音频算法的移植，对算法进行效率优化，提升系统性能。
- 开发调音工具，满足不同客户对音频效果的需求，与客户紧密沟通，理解并实现客户的音频定制化要求。
- 指导和带领团队成员解决技术难题，提升团队整体技术水平。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机等相关专业。 2.8年以上汽车音频领域工作经验，熟悉汽车音频系统架构。 3.深入了解 ADI DSP（SHARC\GRIFFIN）或者 HIFI DSP，有丰富的实际项目开发经验。 4.具备扎实的音频算法移植能力，能够独立完成复杂算法的优化。 5.有成功的调音工具开发案例，熟练掌握软件开发工具和流程。 6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
