## Job description

岗位职责

### 硬件架构规划与设计
- 负责车载感知传感器的单板硬件总体架构设计、元器件选型及关键技术预研。
- 主导原理图设计、PCB Layout指导及评审，重点解决高速数字信号（SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet）、射频微波信号及高精度模拟信号（TIA, ADC/DAC）的完整性问题。

### 车规级可靠性保障
- 严格遵循ISO 26262功能安全标准（ASIL-B/D等级）进行硬件开发，负责FMEDA分析、安全机制设计及相关文档输出；确保硬件设计符合AEC-Q100/Q200组件标准及ISO 16750环境可靠性标准，主导DV/PV测试中的硬件问题整改与闭环。

### 团队管理与体系建设
- 带领硬件研发团队，制定开发计划，分配任务，并负责团队成员的技术指导与绩效考核。构建和完善部门级的硬件设计规范、检查清单（Checklist）及知识库，提升研发效率与设计质量。
