## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责座椅功能需求开发，包括竞品对标，需求分解，场景梳理，性能目标设定等；
- 功能需求验收方案整理；
- 功能需求问题整理及推进；
- 优化功能的用户体验。

### 任职要求

1、本科以上学历，汽车/计算机相关专业方向； 2、5年以上座椅产品工作经验。 3、具备敏锐的产品洞察能力，对产品保持好奇心，能够深入理解用户诉求，敢于创新； 4、具备较强的项目推动及落地能力，跨团队协作落地能力；
