## Job description

### 岗位职责 1

负责热管理技术集成开发工作流程的建立 2：管控项目节点，根据项目VPP计划制定部门的三级开发计划 3：根据集团制定的质量目标，对零部件质IPTV、MIS及整车的IQS指标进行分析、改进 4：根据VPP计划，合理拉动及利用内部资源，协调解决项目问题及确保项目交付时间及质量 任职要求
- 具有系统思维和分析能力；
- 掌握汽车空调、冷却、空调控制等专业知识；
- 有良好的语言表达和组织能力；
- 了解和熟悉汽车开发业务的基本流程；
- 熟练运用catia、TC等工具
