## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责雨刮工作计划编制及跟踪落实。
- 负责雨刮的设计构想、系统选型。
- 负责雨刮的目标设定、成本、重量、性能管控等。
- 根据项目和NPDS流程要求，主导相关技术文件的审核，如DFMEA、 BOM、DVP、ESOW、lessons learned等。
- 负责拉动周边部门协同工作，如总布置、电器、安全、SQE等，确认周边interface。
- 负责雨刮供应商交流、评估、供应商管理及工作进度、质量控制等。
- 负责雨刮产品试制、试验及试生产，解决相应技术问题。
- 负责雨刮市场问题的解决及经验总结。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计与制造、材料成型相关专业；
- 雨刮相关工作8年以上，具备5个以上上市车型设计开发经验，有过主机厂工作经历优先；
- 英语熟练，能运用英文进行技术交流及文件编制；
- 良好的团队管理能力，能协调外部资源，并在组内各个工程师合理分工。
