## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 通过洞察行业技术发展趋势、政策法规、竞品对标等，把控车型技术竞争需求，制定车型产品竞争力策略；
- 牵头项目电器架构可行性分析，技术方案和电子电器零件选型；
- 负责整车功能软件集成，软件释放决策；
- 统筹和拉动各研发中心，推动技术方案落地和带领团队解决重难点技术问题；
- 推动解决项目售后软件问题，OTA推送和NPS的提升；

### 推动VAVE的降本工作； 任职要求
- 本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械自动化、通信工程等相关专业；
- 整车电器/功能/软件10年以上经验，熟悉行业发展趋势，最少主导过1款量产车型的整车整车电器/功能/软件开发；
- 面对技术分歧或项目危机，能快速带领团队找到解决方案并决策出最优方案
- 良好的沟通协调，抗压能力，逻辑思维能力；
- 精通功能/软件开发流程以及项目管理；
- 英语听说读写流利；
