## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责客服及工单、舆情监测场景下AI工具的调研、搭建与落地，推动AI技术在客服业务中的应用；
- 结合业务需求，设计并开发AI自动化方案，提升整体工作效率；
- 推动用户之声流程的数字化能力建设，优化现有工作流，实现数据驱动的服务提升；
- 跟踪AI领域前沿技术，持续探索客服场景下的新应用并推动落地。

### 任职要求
- 熟悉主流AI工具及大语言模型（如GPT、文心一言等），具备AI应用搭建经验；
- 了解客服及工单业务流程，能够针对客服场景设计AI解决方案；
- 具备较强的数字化能力，熟悉数据分析、流程自动化等相关技术；
- 良好的沟通协作能力，能够深入理解业务需求并转化为技术方案；
- 自驱力强，对AI和数字化有浓厚兴趣，乐于探索和创新。
