## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责先进电芯热，力，化学，电化学等全生命周期安全解决方案达成
- 负责先进电芯安全技术开发落地，提升电芯本征安全
- 负责电芯安全设计规则需求分解，方案制定，失效分析和安全设计规范制定

### 团队日常管理运作，布局电芯安全专利和知识沉淀 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，电化学，机械，材料，力学，热物理，燃烧等专业，985/211毕业院校优先
- 熟悉锂离子电池基础知识，掌握电池安全测试方法和安全标准法规
- 具备基本工程知识和数据分析能力，擅长技术报告和专利撰写
- 通过CET-6，能够熟练阅读英文文献
- 工作认真细致，具有良好的沟通协作能力，责任感强，逻辑清晰，良好独立分析研究能力
- 有锂电池热失控，燃烧和爆炸研究经验优先，本科八年以上，硕士五年以上相关开发经验，博士三年以上相关开发经验
