## Job description

### 岗位职责

（1）负责海外项目合作业务流程及沟通机制的拆解与确认，保障海外项目合作有序推进； （2）负责海外项目试制主逻辑风险识别与分析，结合项目主计划输出二级计划及相关预算提报； （3）负责根据验证需求编制Detail Build Plan，统筹资源，推动试制计划按时保质地完成； （4）负责海外项目试制进度、质量、成本目标的拆解与管控，并识别推动各项风险，确保项目标如期达成。

### 任职要求

1、 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、项目管理等相关专业； 2、3年以上主机厂工作经验，熟悉汽车构造、项目管理知识者优先； 3、英语CET-6及以上，良好的听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言； 4、有较强的问题解决能力和决策能力，能够应对工作过程中的各种挑战； 5、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与不同文化背景的人员有效合作。
