## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责卫星架构毫米波雷达信号处理算法设计，涵盖目标检测、跟踪、波束成形、DOA估计、MIMO阵列优化等核心算法模块。
- 构建雷达信号处理全链路仿真模型(涵盖FMCW波形分析、CFAR检测、MTI/MTD滤波等)，完成算法验证、性能分析与优化迭代。
- 主导信号处理算法在嵌入式平台(ARM/FPGA)的实现与部署，协同硬件及系统团队完成系统联调，推动算法上车验证与产品落地。
- 深入理解各算法模块的原理与性能指标影响因素，责输出详细的设计文档，评估算法方案对自动驾驶域控及存储资源的占用需求，支撑系统架构决策。
- 洞察行业前沿技术趋势，推动创新算法落地与产品迭代。

### 任职要求

1.学历背景:电子工程、通信工程、信号处理、雷达技术等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2.技术能力:-精通毫米波雷达系统原理(FMCW/TDM-MIMO架构)，熟悉雷达信号处理全链路(FFT/DBF/CFAR等)。 -深入掌握阵列信号处理算法(MUSIC/Capon/波束空间变换等)，具备MIMO虚拟阵列设计经验。 -熟练使用Python/MATLAB等进行雷达系统建模，有丰富的C++算法移植经验。具有TI/Infineon/NXP等芯片平台的开发经验，了解天线设计基础，能基于阵列布局进行参数优化。 3.5~10年毫米波雷达算法研发经验，有77GHz/79GH雷达项目经历者优先，有4D成像雷达或卫星架构雷达开发经验者优先。 4.具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能快速定位并解决系统级问题。
