## Job description

### 职位描述

设计质量管控：支持CAS及内外饰A面数据评审，并基于实体模型验证确认品质。

### 流程节点支持

审核各阶段CAS发布数据、样件制作数据，推动涉及外观面的PQ（感知质量）问题解决。

### 标准体系构建

建立优化设计品质术语、评估逻辑等标准方法论，让“经验判断”转化为可复用的体系。

### 任职要求

专业背景：从事汽车造型设计、DQ等相关专业。

### 经验能力

需多款整车开发经验，对设计美学有深刻理解，熟悉整车开发流程，具备优秀的设计审美和细节把控能力。

### 软件技能

熟练使PS、Alias、熟悉VRED软件CATIA 专业知识 工作能力：出色的跨部门沟通能力，良好的项目管理能力，以英语能力。
