## Job description

### 灯光视野

岗位职责：
- 负责整车灯光产品规划、设计、开发及验收
- 能够把握灯光产品发展趋势，了解竞品信息，进行用户调研，主动挖掘潜在用户需求，并收集市场反馈及客诉问题，完成整车灯光产品规划并定期修正规划路标
- 对产品使用场景进行分析，完成场景及功能定义，协同上下游制定产品方案，输出FDA；并跟踪管理产品全流程开发进展及风险评估
- 编写产品测试用例，完成产品功能验收，并对产品使用体验进行评价，并提出改善建议及措施，完成产品功能体验优化

### 跟踪上线产品的市场反馈，挖掘改进需求，持续提升用户体验 岗位要求
- 1、本科及以上学历，沟通和学习能力强，能较好把握行业发展趋势 2、车辆、电气、工业设计等相关专业，熟悉整车开发流程 3、5年以上车载灯光产品相关设计开发，有产品设计、功能定义经验者优先 4、有良好的产品意识和用户思维，场景设计及创新能力 5、有较好的英语交流能力者优先
