## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责HUD产品技术路线规划，负责产品选型，主导编制开发需求规范，与供应商进行需求对接
- 负责HUD开发布置评估，对手件接口确认，以及整体项目过程文件交付；
- 负责整个开发周期的项目日程计划管控推进，产品性能保证和功能测试，以及开发过程中的本产品软硬件问题解决整改；
- 负责本产品售后问题原因分析、整改及对策导入，产品质量持续提升方案策划、再发防止等工作；
- 负责管控相应供应商，确保按计划输入合格产品。

### 任职要求
- 有座舱HUD产品开发经验的优先；
- 熟悉CATIA，Teamcenter，Zemax等软件工具使用的优先；
- 思路清晰，有团队合作能力，能承受一定的压力。
- 具有团队管理经验
- 英语能力优者可以优先考虑
