## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 制定项目软件质量保证计划，实施质量保证活动，参与项目各条业务线工作产品的评审，跟踪评审问题的解决 ，监控开发过程以及产品的符合性；
- 参与项目开发，协助项目进行软件质量监控及提升；
- 监控项目软件质量状态，针对质量偏差和风险项，分析原因并制定改进措施，跟踪改进状态；
- 针对开发过程中和阀点过程中的问题解决关闭情况进行管控，识别风险，推动研发进行解决。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上软件测试或管理经验；
- 了解嵌入式软件开发流程；
- 组织协调、沟通能力强；
- 有一定的项目管理或质量管理经验
