## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责区域投诉业务管理工作，对投诉准时关单率、投诉升级率、舆情等指标负责
- 给门店策略性指导意见，与各业务方联动，保障客诉舆情及时准确高效处置，提供合理建议及解决方案
- 对区域内多发案件进行识别分析，并联合区域对弱项进行改善，对店端进行培训指导，推动改善

### 负责面向一线区域的投诉处理培训，提升区域门店投诉处理能力 任职要求
- 1.从事汽车行业３年及以上 2.从实际客诉处理经验
