## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协同各部门建立智能座舱用户体验综合评价指标，支撑智能座舱体验评价活动的展开和拉通工作。
- 体验评估与洞察，基于评测分析结果，评估汽车座舱数字体验的质量和效果，包括界面友好度、功能易用性、响应速度等方面。挖掘用户体验中的痛点和问题，提出建设性的改进意见。
- 竞品对比分析，收集和分析市场上同类产品的数字体验数据，对比本公司汽车座舱数字体验的优势和不足。总结竞品的创新点和成功经验，为产品改进和创新提供参考。
- 定期撰写详细的数字体验分析报告，以清晰、直观的方式呈现数据分析结果、洞察和建议。向产品设计、研发、市场营销等相关部门提供有价值的数据分析支持和决策建议，推动产品优化和市场推广策略的制定。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，产品设计/体验设计/人机交互相关专业方向； 2、5年以上产品工作经验，有智能座舱，硬件，工具类产品设计相关经验者优先； 3、具备敏锐的产品洞察能力，能够深度解析产品，分析产品背后的设计理念； 4、善于沟通表达，能拉通协同各部门； 5、具备快速学习能力、判断力和自主思考能力，对智能汽车行业保持好奇心； 6、有多年新能源汽车用车经验的加分
