## Job description

推动跨部门协作解决复杂工程问题。作为造型部门与工程部门的桥梁，准确传递设计意图至工程团队，同时整合工程约束条件（如布置要求、工艺可行性、制造限制等）反馈至造型团队。把控及跟进造型开发阶段工程可行性分析，识别潜在风险（如法规、人机工程、结构冲突等），推动问题闭环并优化解决方案，确保造型意图落地。建立造型工程集成流程及技术标准，编写技术文档（如可行性分析报告、对标数据库），推动团队能力提升与知识共享。追踪汽车行业新技术与设计趋势，输出前瞻性方案以支持造型设计的创新性与领先性。
