## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责自研控制器（智驾/座舱/车身/HUD等)车载产品的热设计，主导产品散热方案设计，热仿真，及其仿真结果验证。
- 负责开发产品详细热设计，配合结构设计、布局等周边领域提出合理设计方案，出具热仿真报告。对涉及导热界面材料、热管、液冷板、风扇等定义规格和技术参数。
- 对产品温度、流阻等测试，出具测试报告。
- 负责跟踪业内热设计前沿技术动态，能够引进并在产品设计中得以落实。

### 二、任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上电子产品热设计经验。
- 熟悉车载域控制器水冷、风冷等散热技术。
- 熟练应用Flotherm（XT）或Icepak热仿真软件，熟悉CATIA或CREO等工具。
- 熟悉热电偶、温度采集器、温箱、水冷机等操作。
- 热能、流体力学、机械设计等相关专业背景。
- 良好的沟通能力，抗压强，能与上下游和周边领域良好互动。
