## Job description

岗位职责
- 作为产品体验的专家，通过试乘试驾，清晰流畅地与用户进行沟通，准确传达产品功能，充分展现产品优势，加强产品认知；
- 充分了解用户需求的基础上，结合场地资源，设计个性化的试驾路线，及时关注客户试驾动态，遵守交通规则，保障试乘试驾安全；
- 与销售伙伴密切合作，协调安排试乘试驾时间和地点，确保试驾流程顺利进行，同时能够灵活应对销售高峰期的挑战，保障试驾车辆的干净整洁，提供良好的用户体验；
- 负责试驾相关内训和带教的任务，为销售伙伴提供专业的试乘试驾培训与指导。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，驾驶技能娴熟，实际驾龄3年及以上，无不良行驶记录，通过公司培训认证；
- 认可极氪价值观，热爱汽车与科技；
- 具备良好的用户服务意识和沟通能力，真诚热情，对用户体验有较深的理解；
- 有试驾/汽车销售相关岗位经验，能灵活适应工作安排，结果导向，业绩突出者优先；
- 具有团队意识，积极分享带教，有驾驶内训经验者优先。
