## Job description

### 上市全流程统筹
- 统筹软件版本上市全流程，以版本为核心作战单元，建立跨部门协同机制（研发、测试、市场、售后、生态等），确保版本上市各环节无缝衔接；

### 上市策略制定
- 制定版本上市策略，包括上市节奏、用户沟通话术、风险预案、灰度/分批推送策略，确保上市过程可控；

### 跨部门作战指挥
- 在版本上市关键节点，协调各方资源，快速响应上市过程中的异常问题；

### 上市后复盘机制
- 建立上市后效果复盘与数据驱动迭代机制，收集版本上市后的用户反馈、质量数据、业务指标，输出复盘报告并推动改进；

### 版本竞争力牵引
- 基于复盘数据与市场反馈，牵引版本策略与需求定义的持续优化，推动版本竞争力持续提升。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、车辆工程、计算机相关专业。 2、3 年以上汽车行业运营、项目管理或产品运营经验，有 OTA 运营经验者优先。 3、熟悉整车上市流程或 OTA 推送基本逻辑。 4、良好的数据分析与跨部门沟通能力，能独立输出运营报告。 5、抗压能力强，能适应上市节点的高强度工作节奏。
