## Job description
- 负责集团新品项目质量管理流程、质量标准、质量活动、质量工具及方法标准化等相关业务建设、完善及推广；
- 依据集团发展战略，负责组织制定各项目集团级质量目标，并监督质量目标达成策略制定及实施推进；
- 负责组织集团新品项目开发节点里程碑评审、风险评估及项目全过程成熟度管理；
- 负责组织国内KD车间成熟度评审及能力提升；
- 负责组织和策划质量系统资源，在项目阶段开展KD工厂制造/体系/GCPA等评审活动；
- 负责策划并组织集团PQM人员培养及资格认证。
