## Job description
- 负责动力总成模块平台通用化业务推进与评审；
- 主导动力总成业务模块平台化开发子专项；
- 负责在项目阶段横向拉通与动力总成相关业务模块研发协同，管控技术方案优化路径；
- 管理动力总成模块Benchmark业务协同；
- 担当动力总成模块技术方案优化牵头人；

### 参与动力总成模块前瞻、新技术平台化预研工作，并主导方案与成本互锁； 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、机械设计或相关专业背景。
- 具备7年以上整车动力总成开发经验，熟悉零部件开发流程。
- 熟练掌握CATIA、UG等设计软件，具备独立设计能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能承受一定工作压力。
