## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责舆情策略制定，有较强的营销策划能力与创新能力，善于挖掘热点和话题，基于品牌战略，输出有利于品牌形象建立的公关内容。
- 负责网络舆情监测、负面信息处理及日常危机应对，协同部门开展相关舆情处理与跟进，包括声明、口径撰写等，防控舆论风险。
- 熟悉各类媒体、平台，能够根据平台规则，协助展开各大平台内容优化，保证结果正向。
- 研究并关注竞品、行业动态，即时收集整理相关资料，并制定可行性调整策略和方案。
- 营造良好的舆论氛围，输出行业观点，确立公司的知名度与影响力，稳固品牌效应。
- 具备自媒体账号培育经验，熟悉各大垂媒、社媒流量密码，优先考虑。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5-8年以上公关经验，有媒体背景经验者优先考虑。
- 新闻热点及政策度高，具有敏锐的洞察力和应变能力。
- 具有良好的文章撰写能力，能够独立撰写申报材料、可行性分析报告等。
- 具备积极乐观的心态、认真负责，可以抗压；具备优秀的沟通能力、表达能力、团队协作能力。
