## Job description
- 标杆竞品各个越野场景性能评价，功能及配置解析；
- 根据不同等级越野车型，制定不同越野场景和工况定义，越野属性目标设定，目标分解到子系统，达成方案、计划制定、性能达成风险评估、越野性能目标达成；
- 熟悉掌握越野性能标定方法，全地形系统和越野功能性能的标定、问题分析及性能优化；
- 至少负责并完成1款新能源越野车越野性能开发工作经验，熟练使用CAN设备应用标定及数据分析；
- 熟悉了解越底盘悬架、制动、动力总成、四驱等结构原理及控制逻辑；
- 具备2年以上实际越野场景和沙漠驾驶经验
