## Job description
- 建立、健全公司突发事件响应和处置机制、流程以及各类标准SOP；
- 快速响应协调资源并指导全国处置维稳、交通和敏感等各类重大突发安全事件，确保妥善处置；
- 及时掌握内部和外部行业动态风险，并及时组织预警和准备事项，做到前置处置；
- 建立和拓展行业主管、公安等外部资源，促成战略合作，协同应对突发事件；
- 定期组织全国各事业部及城市开展各类突发事件场景应急演习演练，并完善响应和处置流程。

### 任职要求
- 统招本科及以上，五年以上公安/交警工作经历，具备同行业工作经验优先考虑；
- 具备框架、体系认知，具备较强的沟通协调能力、文本输出和复盘洞察力；
- 能够积极调整心态、快速反应、适应变化，并基于现行条件不断创新探索；
- 能承受高强度的工作节奏，有明确的结果导向和自我驱动力。
