## Job description

### 工作内容
- 设计并执行实验方案，优化关键工艺参数，以提升设备在特定应用中的性能极限。开展相关新单项工艺、新技术的调研与研究
- 针对车载的具体需求（材料、结构、节点组合），开发创新的解决方案，扩展设备应用边界。
- 负责工艺技术研发，评估并优化工艺窗口，提高工艺鲁棒性，降低缺陷率，改进工艺条件，维护工艺的稳定率，提高良率

### 参与设备选型、新设备调试，按时移交生产，满足产能需求； 任职要求
- 硕士或以上学历，材料科学、物理学、化学工程、微电子学、电子工程或相关专业。
- 具备半导体工艺相关知识和技能，EPI/RTP/IMP相关工艺经验，2年经验以上（12寸工艺经验者优先）。
- 优秀的团队协作能力，能够与客户和团队成员有效沟通。
- 具有较强的学习能力和技术研究能力。
- 具备良好的问题解决能力，能够独立处理和解决技术难题。
