## Job description

### 工作内容
- 根据整车VD性能要求及功能开发定义对悬架系统零部件的选型和性能要求进行定义
- 对整车VD性能开发及过程进行有效管控
- 对VD性能开发结果进行确认，确认满足整车属性定义要求
- 对VD性能在开发过程中发现的问题进行整改和推动
- 负责对竞品车的整车VD性能和零部件性能进行研究、分析
- 负责整车VD（操控，转向，舒适性等）性能的调校工作 8.负责动态性能控制系统（ESC/TCS等）的定义、目标和验收 9.

### 负责对VD性能的法律、法规的验证工作 任职资格
- 具有底盘调校经验7年以上，熟悉汽车底盘部件结构和性能（弹簧，减振器，稳定杆，衬套，转向系统，轮胎等）；熟悉和认知整车VD客观测试数据及整车KC测试结果；
- 良好整车VD主观评价能力，优秀的驾驶技术（C照及以上）
- 良好的英语听说读写能力；
- 较好的沟通能力，具有优秀的团队合作精神
- 适应长期的出差能力
