## Job description
- 制定项目采购策略。
- 负责组织制定、跟踪各项目零部件定点计划。
- 负责采购目标成本管控及项目运行监控，参与项目节点评审。
- 承接品牌线降本指标，主导成本分解、与业务部协同达成降本任务。
- 支持平台件、二轨零件的开发；支持平台化零件的定点工作，给出优化建议。
- 负责项目开发过程的零部件设计变更的商务谈判工作。
- 负责建立、优化项目采购流程，并监督实施。
