## Job description

### 复制 职位名称

车身车间工段长 岗位职责
- 统筹车身工段日常生产组织，按计划达成产量、节拍与交付目标；
- 监督冲压、焊接、装配等工序作业规范，保障车身制造工艺执行到位；
- 负责工段质量管控，分析尺寸偏差、焊接缺陷等问题并推动改善；
- 维护生产设备与工装夹具，协调点检、保养及故障快速处置；
- 实施现场5S与安全管理，排查隐患并落实整改，防范安全事故；
- 管理班组人员排班、技能培训与绩效考核，提升团队作业效能；
- 对接质量、工艺、物流等部门，推动生产异常闭环与持续优化。 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械制造、焊接等相关专业优先；
- 五年以上汽车车身制造现场经验，两年以上工段或班组管理经验；
- 熟悉车身冲压、焊装、装配工艺流程及相关质量标准与控制方法；
- 掌握现场生产管理工具，能运用5S、TPM、精益方法改善作业；
- 具备较强的生产组织、异常协调及数据分析与问题解决能力；
- 责任心强，沟通协作良好，能适应制造现场排班及作业环境。
