## Job description

### 职责
- 统筹协调所负责辖区市场风险管理，对客户投诉内容进行核实、形成市场处理策略，并推进投诉闭环；
- 对不同来源的客户投诉、舆情信息进行综合分析，快速识别潜在风险，并推进处理，维护品牌口碑；
- 联动公关、法务、研发制造体系等可能涉及部门，负责综合协调各相关资源，提升案件处理效率；

### 实时跟进高风险案件的处理进度，必要时以主机厂身份，直接与客户面对面或电话沟通，解决客户抱怨； 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上学历，管理类/汽车类/市场营销及相关专业； 2、1年以上相关工作经验； 3、具备汽车结构原理、零部件等汽车基础知识、客户关系管理相关知识、涉及汽车相关行业的知识（如保险）； 4、具备沟通能力、分析判断能力、总结能力、学习能力、压力承受能力。
