## Job description

### 软件开发专家 岗位职责
- 负责开发基于神经网络的座舱舒适性预测模型与热管理系统执行决策模型；
- 构建从“人体感知→空调响应”的闭环智能控制系统；
- 参与SIL/HIL验证及实车灰度测试部署。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上（或同等能力），人工智能/控制/自动化/车辆工程/热能工程/计算机等相关方向；
- 熟悉 PyTorch（优先）或 TensorFlow 之一，具备端到端模型训练经验；
- 能独立完成数据处理、训练、评估、调参迭代，并输出可复现结果（脚本/配置/日志/对比报告）；
- 具备时序数据建模经验（传感器/CAN/系统状态等），理解数据对齐、噪声处理、数据泄漏与泛化评估；

### 具备良好的工程化习惯
- 代码规范、版本管理（Git）、实验管理与报告表达能力。

### 热管理系统集成专家 岗位职责
- 负责压卡/磁卡类塑晶材料的筛选、改性与性能表征；
- 推动高导热复合储热材料工程化落地；
- 设计“被动储热+主动散热”混合系统。

### 任职要求
- 材料科学、物理化学、热功能材料方向博士；
- 有固-固相变材料、压力诱导相变研究经验者优先；
- 具备较强的文献调研与实验设计能力；
- 英语读写能力强，可独立撰写技术白皮书。

### 多物理场仿真技术专家 岗位要求

1.构建整车级热网络模型（1D）与座舱CFD模型（3D）的联合仿真平台； 2.支持虚拟试验室建设，实现空调性能与热管理策略的数字孪生验证。

### 任职要求
- 热能工程、车辆工程、系统仿真方向硕士以上；
- 精通Amesim、Fluent、MATLAB等工具链；
- 熟悉Modelica语言或FMI标准者优先；
- 具备云计算调度或多场景并行仿真的项目经验；
- 有数字孪生或虚拟标定平台建设经验者优先。
