### 岗位职责
- 负责造型整体计划的管控，支持完成战略规划设计；
- 负责VEM部门项目成本管理、分析及优化；
- 负责品质相关重点问题的推动解决，包含PQ问题，数据质量问题，AAR认可重点问题，材料开发，实车色彩重点问题；
- 负责产品品质交付管理及评审体系建立；
- 负责识别项目风险问题并输出应对方案。
- 熟悉视觉体验各模块的运作；模型制作、数据制作、色彩及皮纹设计开发认可、PQ相关内容；
- 了解造型开发流程、具备项目管理知识；
- 良好的沟通协调能力、主动性、坚韧性、影响力、全局意识，良好的概念思维能力、成就导向意识。"
