## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责座椅系统的目标设定、成本、重量、性能管控等；
- 负责座椅系统设计构想、方案策划等前期设计工作
- 根据项目和NPDS流程要求，主导相关技术文件的创建和维护，如DFMEA、 BOM、DVP、ESOW等；
- 负责座椅系统三维数据、图纸设计等质量和进度把控；
- 负责拉动周边部门协同工作，如总布置、电器、安全、SQE等，确认周边interface；
- 负责座椅系统供应商交流、评估、供应商管理及工作进度、质量控制等；

### 负责座椅系统产品试制、试验及试生产，解决相应技术问题； 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业； 2、3年以上整车座椅研发工作经验 3、熟悉汽车座椅系统的结构设计、安全、总装、法规、人机等要求；熟悉汽车座椅系统各种成型工艺；熟悉汽车座椅系统的开发流程，能够编制各类技术文件；有一定座椅装车整改经历，针对问题能够快速对策。
