## Job description
- 负责网络舆情监测，及时进行用户定位和问题派发
- 负责重大舆情事件升级反馈，降低舆情扩散
- 负责黑猫、车质网等投诉类网站的投诉监测和用户回复，确保响应率和好评率
- 针对恶意网络投诉行为，进行网站举报
- 负责专项事件的舆情监测及舆情报告输出
- 负责与各地市场监督管理局、商务局、消协建立联系，及时响应相关政府部门投诉举报事件，并进行事件处理跟进及结果回复
- 负责12315 ODR系统对接，及时进行系统内客诉响应及跟进处理
