## Job description

工作内容
- 负责根据整车开发计划制定新能源及动力系统功能测试计划；
- 负责评审及完善新能源及动力系统功能需求文档和测试用例；
- 负责新能源及动力系统功能功能测试清单打点；
- 负责新能源及动力系统功能测试、问题管理和解决方案；
- 负责项目各造车节点新能源及动力系统功能成熟度达成测试验收，并输出测试报告；
- 负责自动化脚本编制；
- 负责新能源及动力系统功能测试流程体系搭建； 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备​​3年以上​​新能源动力系统开发/测试经验；
- 有​​新能源汽车动力系统开发经验​​，熟悉纯电/混动架构及控制策略；
- 熟悉汽车开发流程（V模型），掌握CANoe、INCA等测试工具，具备故障分析和诊断能力；
- 具备系统思维，能跨部门协同解决复杂问题；
- 较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应跨领域合作；
- 逻辑清晰，具备创新意识和持续学习能力；
