## Job description
- 负责制定项目的性能开发及验证策略，并根据产品定义设定属性目标及试验策划并发布
- 基于性能目标进行可行性分析，对技术路线/方案/验证资源进行评审
- 对性能目标及验证状态进行管控，以及性能开发方案平衡和决策
- 负责项目的性能开发及试验预算申报及执行管理，以及负责试验资源及车辆资源调度与协调
- 负责性能目标验收与达成，确保竞争力满足项目需求

### 制定性能开发及试验相关的开发流程与体系并迭代更新 任职要求
- 本科及以上
- 机械制造、车辆工程等专业，具备单属性（例如NVH、操稳、驾驶性）开发工作经验者优先
- 英语四级及以上，具备基本的听说读写能力
- 具备5年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，对整车研发流程有一定了解
