## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责座舱域控制器及舱驾融合产品硬件开发，包括器件选型、原理图绘制、BOM维护和功能调试。
- 主导SOC的电源、存储、高速信号接口设计。
- 协同Layou和结构工程师，完成多层高速板布局布线评估。
- 对接芯片原厂获取 datasheet、勘误手册、参考设计，沉淀各模块芯片应用规范、设计风险点、测试标准，输出标准化原理图设计规范、模块应用指南、调试手册等技术文档。
- 负责各硬件模块功能调试、性能测试、异常问题定位与方案迭代优化，协同软件、测试、生产团队解决研发、试产、量产阶段硬件问题，保障项目顺利交付。

### 二、任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电子信息、微电子、通信工程、自动化等硬件相关专业，5年及以上域控硬件研发工作经验。
- 具备扎实、独立的硬件原理图设计能力，能够独立完成SOC/MCU整机及多外设模块的全套原理图开发设计，熟练规避各类芯片应用与电路设计风险。
- 优先熟练使用 Cadence Allegro/OrCAD 平台开展原理图设计，熟悉库管理、图纸规范、分层设计、BOM同步等标准化设计流程；熟悉AD等其他设计工具亦可。
- 无需具备PCB Layout实操能力，但必须具备专业的PCB布局、布线评审能力，精通SI/PI、EMC、散热、工艺相关评审要点。
- 深度掌握SOC与MCU主控硬件应用逻辑，熟悉芯片启动架构、时钟复位体系、IO电气特性、外设资源分配、存储拓展、高低速接口应用规范，可独立搭建完整主控硬件平台。
- 深度掌握电源、射频天线、音频、视频、以太网、高速数字总线各大模块的硬件原理、芯片应用特性、电路设计要点、失效场景与优化方案，具备丰富的模块集成设计与调试经验。
- 精通各类高速、低速总线硬件层设计规范，熟悉总线拓扑、终端电阻匹配、电平标准、时序容错、信号衰减、串扰控制等关键技术细节。
- 能够精准解读芯片规格书、原厂参考设计，独立完成方案选型、参数仿真核算、电路设计、风险评估，具备极强的硬件方案落地与问题排查能力。
- 工作严谨细致，熟悉硬件量产设计规范，具备良好的技术文档撰写、跨部门沟通与项目推进能力。
