## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接战区门店运营工作，推动门店运营全流程标准化落地，提升进店用户体验;
- 通过智慧门店及展厅数字化等项目实施，推动门店智能化，促进运营效率与质量提升;
- 负责开闭店及NSO等项目开展，协同拉通各部门确保门店全周期运营管理落地;
- 门店运营支持类工作如费用、资产、物料、证照等实施与管理;
- 门店餐饮业务在门店吧台的运营管理及食品安全把控;
- 负责协调门店外部关系(如应急、消防、商务、城管、街道、环境，物业)，同相关机构人员建立顺畅的沟通渠道，解决门店日常运营问题，维护良好的企业形象。
- 负责门店前厅接待，给用户提供专业VIP接待服务 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，持有效中国驾照，熟练驾驶，无不良行驶记录;
- 熟悉汽车行业及所在省市地理及市场情况，具备5年及以上零售门店运营、督导、检核等岗位经历，擅长门店运营所涉及的陈列、商品、空间等工作;
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及服务意识，高度责任心，以业务为导向，抗压能力强;
- 独立负责/参与过门店运营类项目，具备较好的项目运营思维及成本管控意识;
- 热爱汽车与科技，认可极氪价值观。
