## Job description

【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关专业背景；博士优先；
- 扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉Transformer等主流模型架构；
- 在大模型预训练、微调、RLHF（人类反馈强化学习）、检索增强生成（RAG）等方向有实际项目经验；
- 熟练掌握主流深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow 等），具备分布式训练和大规模数据处理经验；
- 有大模型在自然语言处理、推荐系统或多模态应用场景落地经验者优先；
- 良好的工程实现能力和代码规范，能够将算法快速原型化并应用于业务；
- 具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，良好的沟通和团队协作能力。 【岗位职责】
- 负责大模型（LLM）相关的算法研发与应用，包括预训练、微调、对齐和推理优化；
- 主导自然语言处理、多模态理解、知识增强等方向的模型创新和技术攻关；
- 深入参与大模型在智能问答、搜索推荐、内容生成、智能客服等业务场景的落地和优化；
- 探索并实现高效的模型训练和推理方案，包括模型压缩、蒸馏、并行训练和加速优化；
- 跟踪业界前沿技术动态，推动团队在大模型方向的能力建设与突破。 【加分项】
- 有开源大模型或框架贡献经验（如 Hugging Face、DeepSpeed、Colossal-AI 等）；
- 在顶级会议/期刊（NeurIPS、ICML、ACL、CVPR 等）发表过论文；
- 有 GPU/分布式计算优化经验，对系统架构和推理加速有深入理解。
