## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 售后质量目标以及达成路径保证，质量活动策划、质量风险识别及管理;
- 主导投产质量和上市初期质量保障活动;
- 产品质量失效分析、保安防灾预防和分析，市场潜在风险大数据分析，售后质量数字化建设；
- 参与售后市场问题复盘，推动研发横展改进。

### 岗位要求
- 大学本科或以上学历；
- 工作3年及以上工作经验；
- 英语可以作为工作语言，与海外人员交流；
- 有良好的沟通交流能力，具有敏锐的质量意识，具有较好的抗压能力以及自驱力。
