## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责整车音响系统的调音工作，包括但不限于均衡器2.设置、声场定位、音效调试等，打造高品质的车内音响体验。 3.根据车型定位和目标用户群体，制定个性化的音响调音方案。 4.与音响系统供应商、整车开发团队紧密合作，参与音响系统选型、布置和调试工作。 5.跟踪行业最新音响技术和趋势，并将其应用于实际项目中。 6.负责团队内调音工程师的技术指导和培训工作。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历， 声学、电子工程、汽车工程、音乐技术等相关专业优先。 2.8年以上汽车音响调音经验， 拥有丰富的整车音响系统调音经验，并具备成功案例。 3.具备敏锐的听音能力， 能够准确识别声音的细微差别，并对音质进行精准把控。 4.熟悉汽车音响系统架构和原理， 了解各种音响设备的性能特点和使用方法。 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神， 能够与不同部门进行有效沟通和协作。 6.具备较强的学习能力和创新意识， 能够不断学习新技术并将其应用于实际工作中。

7.具备车内声学仿真经验者优先。
