## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 总体负责门店市场工作，洞察当地市场，对接战区市场及门店总经理，开展极氪家当地市场开拓，达成月度线索目标；

### 根据总体线索目标，对线索目标进行拆分，拆分维度
- 时间维度、线索渠道、车型维度；根据拆分目标，制定细分实施方案；
- 每月月初对上月市场工作进行复盘分析，制定改进措施；
- 负责相关门店、车展、巡展、异业活动、老客户活动的计划及执行；
- 负责门店垂媒、新媒体平台的管理，每日监督直播频次、时长、场观，跟进直播效果；
- 负责每日、每周、每月总线索及各车型线索的达成进度，跟进、分析并及时制定改进措施。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上中高端品牌市场经理经验；
- 热爱汽车与科技，认可极氪价值观，对门店市场工作有深刻的理解；
- 具备良好的市场推广规划能力、具备良好的垂媒及新媒体运营能力、具备良好的沟通协调组织能力、具备较强的执行能力、具备风险控制能力；
- 具备团队管理能力，愿意赋能团队伙伴，积极分享并提供反馈。
