## Job description

### 经营管理
- 作为部门项目交付的第一责任人，负责建立和维护项目经营管理台账

### 计划管理
- 负责车身外饰二级开发计划编制和管控

### 预算管理
- 负责车身内外饰的预算编制及执行率管控

### 目标管理
- 负责车身外饰各系统的属性、功能，成本等各项指标的承接、管控及达成

### BOM管理
- 负责车身内外饰BOM管理，包含BOM完整性和准确性

### 问题管理
- 负责车身内外饰零件的问题闭环管理

### 风险管理
- 负责车身内外饰业务风险的识别及管控

### 变更管理
- 负责车身内外饰PCR的闭环管理

### 订单管理
- 负责项目开发过程中的车身内外饰零件研发需求的订单闭环管理

### 团队管理
- 负责部门项目团队人员规划，绩效管理及团队建设 任职要求：
- 统招本科
- 车辆工程、机械、工业设计等相关专业
- CET-4及以上，读写能力较好，具备一定的口语沟通能力； 4、5年以上相关车身外饰专业工作经验；有主导或担当过1个及以上车型开发的UPL工作； 5、熟练掌握相关零部件技术要求；熟练掌握Catia、Office软件； 6、热爱本岗位工作，责任心强，较强的团队合作意识，及严谨的工作态度
